The level of care and attention they showed towards my son was truly remarkable.From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this was a place where genuine care and compassion thrived.What truly stood out during our time at the clinic was the warm and inviting atmosphere created by the staff. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their patients and their families. Every person in the waiting room, including the other customers, took the time to engage with my son and me, making us feel welcomed and valued.
Tunney Tales: I’ve had such a great experience with Hear Check. I love that I was able to trial different levels of hearing aids before I committed to buying a set. They are going to change my world! I love that the yearly fee allows me to not worry about how many batteries I’ll need or if anything needs fixing. I know that Hear Check will help me out. Such supportive and friendly staff who truly personalise your experience. They talked me through all the different things the HA do and even did a follow up appointment to check everything was going ok. The app is really helpful too. Julie was amazing and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything before leaving. They helped me make an informed decision before I made the commitment to purchasing a high quality device for my first hearing aids. I tried several cheap hearing devices but they didn’t help. My pensioner friends who received free aides told me they still couldn’t hear. I resigned myself to the fact that there was no hope.I decided to take one last shot and went to see Matt at Sunshine Coast Hearing and I am so glad I did. After extensive tests he was optimistic that he could help me. He recommended a pair of aides in the mid price range. Some were nearly twice the price but he said they were no better and not really worth the extra money. I tried them for a week and was thrilled with the result. I no longer shy away from social situations and can hear speech even with loud background noise. It has changed my life.Matt is great to deal with. He applies no pressure and is friendly,honest,caring,and professional. Good hearing aides are not cheap but to me they are worth every cent considering the change they have made to my life.
