The level of care and attention they showed towards my son was truly remarkable.From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this was a place where genuine care and compassion thrived.What truly stood out during our time at the clinic was the warm and inviting atmosphere created by the staff. It was evident that they genuinely cared about their patients and their families. Every person in the waiting room, including the other customers, took the time to engage with my son and me, making us feel welcomed and valued.
Tunney Tales: I’ve had such a great experience with Hear Check. I love that I was able to trial different levels of hearing aids before I committed to buying a set. They are going to change my world! I love that the yearly fee allows me to not worry about how many batteries I’ll need or if anything needs fixing. I know that Hear Check will help me out. Such supportive and friendly staff who truly personalise your experience. They talked me through all the different things the HA do and even did a follow up appointment to check everything was going ok. The app is really helpful too. Julie was amazing and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything before leaving. They helped me make an informed decision before I made the commitment to purchasing a high quality device for my first hearing aids. They were not pushy and allowed me to make the decisions on what I chose. Highly recommend ⭐️

As a person in their 20s who needs a hearing aid it was really daunting going in but Courtney was wonderful. She was kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Vicki Nosworthy: Professionalism with personality. Its starts with the reception - bright cheery welcoming - then moves to the full and very detailed assessment of the problems. Outcomes are explained and discussed, options fully outlined. Sarah is outstanding. I have been very, very impressed by the way Sarah thoroughly goes through each step of her assessments, looks to alternate checks for anything slightly unexpected, and explains her findings. Jenny: I had reason to attend this centre on a Sunday morning. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I did not have to wait long to be seen , and the nurse was very thorough with my assessment.Thank you to all staff.I also noted whilst waiting, that Michelle took some goody bags to two young children waiting. What a wonderful idea to give them colouring etc.Well done team - now to have this open 24 hours to take the strain off the local emergency department!
