Patrece Brown: We initially researched the mattress before visiting the store. Mardi, the manager, was very welcoming and showed us other options, allowing us to take our time laying on several. She was very personable and gave us helpful information about each mattress. There was no pressure to purchase and we were given a better price for each mattress than the sale price as it was part of the Boxing Day sales. We live regional so we knew delivery was extra. I highly recommend this store, the mattresses are great quality and the Manager very knowledgeable and friendly, and of course, we ended up buying the one we went in for!

Denise C: Nice and clean store with big entrance. Lots of parks available at the front and side. Located on busy Nicklin way, have to do a U turn to access if travelling south. Staff at desk and pick up were friendly and accommodating. Lots of furniture on display. Due to size of store on busy days you may need to wait to be assisted by floor staff. Checkout online for deals and availability before heading into store.

We had checked the big furniture retailers but found many reviews, especially to do with after sales service and lack of product quality, quite off-putting. The friendly, professional service which Terri-Ann and Chris gave us was extremely pleasing and this, coupled with the reputation of the IMG brand, explains to us the excellent reviews for this furniture business.When we recently mentioned a minor problem we were experiencing with a recliner we bought several years ago in another city, Chris diagnosed the problem on the phone. We visited the shop with our chair and Chris carried out the minor adjustment - problem solved! Happy customers.

Meet gentleman named Phillip who pointed me in the correct direction and explained all about beds etc. who knew there was so much in choosing a bed, got a fantastic bed and a marvellous deal plus freebies what else can you ask for. The kind of service we'd like to receive everywhere, but all too often don't.The team at SC Freedom were able to sort through a number of things we needed including returns, an online click and collect order under the wrong name, the return and quality controlling of a lounge chair that didn't meet spec, following up on voucher use, and about an hour's worth of advice, including follow up questions for curtains that we eventually ordered. All this whilst engaging with us in a friendly manner that made us feel valued as customers. Great work team!
Marlena Dobrzanska: I bought 5 frames from freedom in Maroochydore. Unfortunately, I have later discovered that one of the frames glass was broken so the store not only offered free of charge exchange but also organised delivery to my home FOC! I was happy to pay postage as we live a long way away from that store but they have just organised it all without a problem. I was very impressed by that service. Super easy, no fuzz and very customer oriented. Plus, the person on the phone, Mark, was very friendly and helpful! I have bought items form freedoms before an d never had issues before either. Outstanding service in my opinion and I would consider myself as a harsh critic! Well done !

JAN KENT: I have returned to Johnny's many times as I love the quality and range of their furniture. Prices are comparable to the bigger stores, but service is far beyond. Paula Banfield: . Very happy with everything until the single leather recliners lost their support in the seats. I did not think that The Custom Sofa Centre would help me out as the one year guarantee period was almost reached but I thought I would give it a go anyway. I emailed the Custom Sofa Centre with my concern and attached pictures. I received a reply stating that they would send someone out to fix the seat support but I would have to be patient because of the dreaded COVID! After a few weeks I sent further emails and the response was the same….”please be patient and we will have a lounge repair person come out to fix it”. I waited and waited and the weeks turned into months. I had just about decided to give up when I received a call after several months that all the parts had arrived in Australia and the service person would be out in late August 2022. Good to their word, they sent Simon out from “The Lounge Repair Guy” and he re-padded both the recliner seats. He did a great job and they are like new again. I just want to say that being patient really paid off for me and I am a very happy customer. The Custom Sofa Centre were true to their word. Don’t give up if they are a bit slow as there is probably a good reason. Be curteous and patient because they will look after you.
