The delivery partner has been absolutely incredible every time - so timely and friendly. I live in a difficult area to deliver to and they have never complained. Kim Adams: Our experience at Sunshine Coast Freedom was nothing short of fantastic. The kind of service we'd like to receive everywhere, but all too often don't.The team at SC Freedom were able to sort through a number of things we needed including returns, an online click and collect order under the wrong name, the return and quality controlling of a lounge chair that didn't meet spec, following up on voucher use, and about an hour's worth of advice, including follow up questions for curtains that we eventually ordered. All this whilst engaging with us in a friendly manner that made us feel valued as customers. Great work team!
Marlena Dobrzanska: I bought 5 frames from freedom in Maroochydore. Unfortunately, I have later discovered that one of the frames glass was broken so the store not only offered free of charge exchange but also organised delivery to my home FOC! I was happy to pay postage as we live a long way away from that store but they have just organised it all without a problem. I was very impressed by that service. Super easy, no fuzz and very customer oriented. Plus, the person on the phone, Mark, was very friendly and helpful! I have bought items form freedoms before an d never had issues before either. Outstanding service in my opinion and I would consider myself as a harsh critic! Well done !

Denise C: Nice and clean store with big entrance. Lots of parks available at the front and side. Located on busy Nicklin way, have to do a U turn to access if travelling south. Staff at desk and pick up were friendly and accommodating. Lots of furniture on display. Due to size of store on busy days you may need to wait to be assisted by floor staff. Checkout online for deals and availability before heading into store.

My partner and I are completely different height and weight and they helped us pick the most amazing bed that is still amazing 5 years later. First went to 40 winks and we tried 15 mattresses and not one staff member bothered to greet us in this time, so we left and went to Bedshed, where we were immediately greeted by Debbie who was one of the most friendly and helpful employees I have encountered in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble. Debbie asked lots of questions and helped to find the perfect fit for us. There was no pressure to a particular brand, only exploration of comfort with our best interest in mind. Debbie even had some bases moved around the showroom floor to accommodate. Offered a great discount on retail price and to top it off a complementary pair of pillows. Needless to say we made our purchase and are extremely impressed with the service provided by the Bedshed today.

Lesley McPherson: Went to this store by accident, was supposed to be going to Gympie. It turned out to be the wrong road I took. Meet gentleman named Phillip who pointed me in the correct direction and explained all about beds etc. who knew there was so much in choosing a bed, got a fantastic bed and a marvellous deal plus freebies what else can you ask for. Geoff Stein: The delivery of furniture today by Carl was excellent. Right on time. Made a difficult job, easy. Unfortunately I tried to ring the store to tell someone personally about the great service I received, so they could pass the compliment to Carl, as he is a delivery contractor for Domayne. But was left on hold for 16 minutes waiting = 1 star for store service.

My breathing due to a heart condition has improved immensely & I don't get foot cramps anymore. I highly recommend anyone young or old to shop here for an adjustable bed. You can't go wrong.

They responded in a timely manner to my emails and organised a pickup which was carried out on time and in a professional manner. On receiving the items they increased their quote by 30% and promptly paid the money into my account. Such honesty is refreshing and appreciated. I highly recommend this business.
