JAN KENT: I have returned to Johnny's many times as I love the quality and range of their furniture. Prices are comparable to the bigger stores, but service is far beyond. Michelle has always been very friendly, helpful and supportive when I had a delivery issue, doing all she could to resolve it for me. I would highly recommend this business.

Lauren Hampson: Absolutely love Freedom. I've ordered large furniture on 3 separate occasions, mostly online with delivery to the Sunshine Coast. The delivery partner has been absolutely incredible every time - so timely and friendly. I live in a difficult area to deliver to and they have never complained. Ordering with Freedom makes me feel at ease compared to other stores. Would order again without hesitation.

The kind of service we'd like to receive everywhere, but all too often don't.The team at SC Freedom were able to sort through a number of things we needed including returns, an online click and collect order under the wrong name, the return and quality controlling of a lounge chair that didn't meet spec, following up on voucher use, and about an hour's worth of advice, including follow up questions for curtains that we eventually ordered. All this whilst engaging with us in a friendly manner that made us feel valued as customers. Great work team!
Marlena Dobrzanska: I bought 5 frames from freedom in Maroochydore. Unfortunately, I have later discovered that one of the frames glass was broken so the store not only offered free of charge exchange but also organised delivery to my home FOC! I was happy to pay postage as we live a long way away from that store but they have just organised it all without a problem. I was very impressed by that service. Super easy, no fuzz and very customer oriented. Plus, the person on the phone, Mark, was very friendly and helpful! I have bought items form freedoms before an d never had issues before either. Outstanding service in my opinion and I would consider myself as a harsh critic! Well done !

Paula Banfield: . Very happy with everything until the single leather recliners lost their support in the seats. I did not think that The Custom Sofa Centre would help me out as the one year guarantee period was almost reached but I thought I would give it a go anyway. I emailed the Custom Sofa Centre with my concern and attached pictures. I received a reply stating that they would send someone out to fix the seat support but I would have to be patient because of the dreaded COVID! After a few weeks I sent further emails and the response was the same….”please be patient and we will have a lounge repair person come out to fix it”. I waited and waited and the weeks turned into months. I had just about decided to give up when I received a call after several months that all the parts had arrived in Australia and the service person would be out in late August 2022. Good to their word, they sent Simon out from “The Lounge Repair Guy” and he re-padded both the recliner seats. He did a great job and they are like new again. I just want to say that being patient really paid off for me and I am a very happy customer. The Custom Sofa Centre were true to their word. Don’t give up if they are a bit slow as there is probably a good reason. Be curteous and patient because they will look after you.
Fran Hansen: Ordered a 3 seater & 2 x 2 seater recliners. The range and flexibility of sofas and fabrics was great. Service was very good and delivery, installation and quality equally very good. Very happy and worth the 3 month wait.

Staff at desk and pick up were friendly and accommodating. Lots of furniture on display. Due to size of store on busy days you may need to wait to be assisted by floor staff. Gas (Gaz): Was out for a look for Chairs for my Parents and looked at dozens of stores in the Maroochdore area. Dropped into Global Living and Spoke to a chap called Jackson. He was great from start to finish. Showed me a few chairs that suited my parents needs. I ended up with 3 Black stress less chairs that are so comfortable that I ended up buying one for myself even though I was only after 2 of them. I also was sold all the correct leather cleaning products required to maintain the leather. Jackson is the most professional salesperson I have ever dealt wealth and Global Living at Maroochdore have the best selection I’ve seen in Leather lounges. Do yourself a favour see Jackson at Global Living!!!!
