Gus, was my first point of meeting when he came to the house with loads of carpet samples for me to look at. Gus was friendly and helpful, plus knowledgeable about the products. I chose what I wanted quite quickly. Kelwin made the first appointment they had available for me. When my plans changed and I wanted the carpet installed sooner they put me on a cancellation call list and I was lucky to get in a week sooner than originally booked. The carpet was installed beautifully. All old carpet and underlay was taken away and the house was left neat and clean.

Nicole Quesnel: We had hybrid floors and carpet installed through Caloundra Carpet. This was done by two different installers and both were great at what they do. All of these people were professional, polite and did a great job installing our new flooring. They were mindful of our possessions and also left our home as clean, if not cleaner, than when they arrived.

Every assistance was given when ordering the carpet, with Scott measuring for carpet X 3 rooms and plantation shutters in the bedroom. Competent and easy going man, returned to ensure measurements for shutters were exact. Yesterday Ryan came to install the carpet. Young, strong, hardworking, great humour, very helpful, he knew what he was doing. His competence and experience had the stages of spreading powder, nailing in thin boards with hooks, laying the underlay, then laying the carpet and fitting, done quickly and perfectly. I would recommend Caloundra Carpet Court readily. A pleasure to do business with them all.

Mark and Malaina Zajonskowski: We recently had carpet installed by Anderson's. We organised multiple quotes for the same type of carpet and their quote was the most competitive. Right from the start we received great customer service and the right information that helped us choose the correct product. When it came to the install one of the layers was ill, but that didn't stop the install. Marcus, the owner and manager even turned up with his trusty knife and got to work. It was a difficult time around lockdown and jobs had to be juggled around. We were kept informed throughout the process. The carpet installer did a great job and was very friendly, careful and efficient. I would definitely recommend choosing Anderson's in Maroochydore for your flooring needs..

I was given several good sized samples of carpet to take home to see what would look best in our house and suit our space and pets. The next step was ordering and booking a date for the carpet to be laid, both of which were handled in a very friendly manner and so efficiently. When I had to change the date due to an unforeseen accident Andersens were just so accommodating in meeting both my needs and timeframe. Now the carpet is laid I have to say the entire team from ordering through to laying were fabulous and the end result is exactly what we wanted, great quality carpet with no hassle.

SIMON LEECH: I found Jo absolutely amazing:1. Jo went out of her way to help me get water damage to the floor fixed. Jo contacted several floor layers who were booked out a couple of months in advance to assist and persisted over several weeks until the job was completed. Jo’s kindness was greatly appreciated.2. Jo has also had the carpet replaced in the bedrooms. Again I really appreciated this. I received several telephone calls from other staff members during the process. Great customer support from beginning to end of the process.The team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. I would recommend them unreservedly.
