Kim Bridge: I have been going to this chemist for 10 or more. Have seen them come and go. I have been lucky that they have all been really nice staff and owners. I think Mary is the one that's been there the longest now. I like that she is down to earth. But they are all wonderful and Joseph who is the pharmacist is just great. He is always happy and someone you can have a laugh with. Great handy chemist. Highly recommend.

Kim Wilson: One of the Lovely Ladies there went above and beyond to find me some hair wraps/sleep turbans that were showing in stock but hadn't been unpacked due to staff illness. I felt really bad for all that effort for $15, but I was really grateful that she was willing , rather than fobbing me lff. Credit to the store

Megan Limpus: I do like trying to review places when google prompts me to, but have always been conflicted about doing one for Chemist Warehouse the Caloundra store is so unpredictable customer service wise. I have been served by Vicki-Lynn a few times now and this is the only reason I am doing this review she is so helpful and friendly this store is lucky to have her as a employee.
Randall Taylor: Very busy store. Exceptionally friendly staff who do their best whilst under the pump. Good variety and stock numbers, great prices but confusing parking.

They are always so accommodating, respectful and happy to chat despite how busy they get which is no doubt due to their amazing customer service. Ben, Jodi, and the rest of the staff at Twin Waters pharmacy have been so incredible and are truly amazing humans from the inside out. Whether I need anti-itch cream for mosquito bites, or a prescription, Ben and his staff go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and not judged whatever the case may be. Their customer service is legitimately outstanding, and they take the time to make you feel listen to and taken care of, which unfortunately is not so common these days. There are so many staff members doing the job of three, under constant stress and pressure, then add impatient and ungrateful customers to the mix who want everything now, now, now in this fast paced environment with no afterthought to the treatment of retail workers. Perhaps that’s why they’re walking around like “zombies”… smh.I seen a staff member being aggressively yelled and sworn at because a customer was only allowed one prescription item and not two, because of the medication shortages.
