Summer: Love this store.I've been here for a float in their magnesium pool, love this. So relaxing and I feel great afterwards. If you haven't tried one, do!Really like the range of good quality products in this store, especially with the range of local sourced products, from sweets to savoury, fresh or packaged all your health and wellness needs covered.Staff are bright, bubbly and super helpful. A staff member helped me out with supplements, particularly the Herbs of Gold brand.It's always exciting to see what goodies I can pick up every time I go in.

I have never seen this kind of care put in to packing , all orders come in perfect condition never cramped in , always the first to arrive to my door compared to the rest which are in Sydney city and are closer to me ! I have been transitioning to only deal with Unique. They make me happy everytime I receive the order. The staff and management must be of a dream team for the consistency of quality . Prices are surely the best too. Unique's products sell the fastest in my store while the rest sit on the shelf. I always think to stop dealing with the rest and stay with the best. Blessings to unique,team, management and CEO.💐 I can also gurantee you any possible negative reviews are off sad competitors that are trying but will fail to bring down this giant of Unique, some build the biggest tower like Unique and some will tell the staff members to post negative comments to try bring them down . They are always so accommodating, respectful and happy to chat despite how busy they get which is no doubt due to their amazing customer service. Ben, Jodi, and the rest of the staff at Twin Waters pharmacy have been so incredible and are truly amazing humans from the inside out. Whether I need anti-itch cream for mosquito bites, or a prescription, Ben and his staff go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and not judged whatever the case may be. Their customer service is legitimately outstanding, and they take the time to make you feel listen to and taken care of, which unfortunately is not so common these days.
