From the moment we drove into the property, we felt such peace and knew that this was the right venue. The grounds are stunning, including the beautiful backdrop of paperbark trees from the large glass windows in the chapel. This provided us with a sense of calmness whilst grieving the loss of our loved one.The Branch Manager Ben was exceptional, helping us pull together the most beautiful service in under three days. Ben stepped us through everything we needed to think about with such kindness, he was so helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the celebration of Dad's life was of the highest quality and a fitting tribute to a great man.Ben and all involved - thank you from the bottom of our hearts - Dad's service was perfect and I will be forever grateful.

The venue itself is beautiful and I cannot imagine a better way to farewell our family member. Jacqueline Hindmarch: I would like to thank Ben and Sandy for the beautiful service held recently for my elderly mother. The experience was a good one up until I came to collect her ashes. Unfortunately i cannot say the same for the receptionist on duty. It was as if I was picking up a lay by from a shop. Can I help you, what was her name again. Is this name on this box the right one, sign this form please, there you are. All the while talking to another person about work. I'm sure you do this all the time so it is routine for you but just take a minute and think about what it is you are handing over to someone. I walked out disgusted and angry.

Robyn Milne-Brownlie: I have had the sad task of using a Funeral company twice this year. In both cases we have used Gregson & Weight once at Maroochydore and once at Nambour. In both cases the staff showed respect and compassion towards us as a family. I would highly recommend both centre's however Maroochydore's Chapel is outstanding. Thank you to all the staff.
