Karen-Jean Ferguson: My husband & I visited for dinner, our last night of our minibreak. It's a very quaint restaurant, the decor is lovely. We indulged in having three courses each. The food was absolutely amazing, very delicious. With each course, we salivated even more. Such a talented chef, not sure if she was the owner too. The people, the food, the atmosphere was incredible! Rohan Kulkarni: Good food. Friendly staff. We had the vegan baos as starters and the vegan green curry with jasmine rice for mains. They have a separate vegan menu which is fantastic. They also provide 4 hours of free parking.Dietary restrictions: There is a separate vegan menu.

Mark Southwell: Our first visit was excellent with a good menu with reasonable prices and the food is really superb.Second visit wasn't as superb, as we had a big group and this venue is more suited to smaller groups.Have been back twice since and that show that we really do enjoy this venue, their food and particularly the staff!Vegetarian options: I had the Pickled Beetroot Salad and it was EXCELLENT.Insert best Keanu Reeves impersonation.

Roger Brady: Personal and friendly, we have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant. It used to be Ba Vigo and now it is Local Flow but the experience is the same. Well done to Louise and Nick for what must be some of the tastiest food on the Coast. We tend to concentrate on our favourites, of course, but they are always adding yummy extras that we will try next time. The flavours are simply the best: I’d like to give then 7 stars!

John: Saturday lunch so not busy. Nice location with outlook onto large lawn and palm backdrop. Nice ambience in a modern setting- efficient and pleasant service. Food was very good. Fusion of Sri Lankan spice and modern Aussie cuisine. I had the fish curry with the usual snapper swapped out for barramundi- I have had terrible barra in restaurants but this was superbly cooked and a good compliment to the mild creamy curry sauce. Diane Killalea: Great spot, attentive wait staff. Kid’s meal, pasta and cheese, a big hit! Spaghetti marinara, great, as was the garlic pizza and garlic prawns. Desserts to die for, Crème Brûlée and Sticky Date Pudding.However, the duck confit, one of the specials, was a big let down and only because of the parsnip purée. Other wise a great dish, the purée was horrible. A beautiful, earthy, delicious vegetable was ruined by the added sweetness. Absolute sacrilege!I wonder whether it was an accident and sugar was added instead of salt?Keep up the good work though, we will be back. 😊

Melinda Dodds: We haven't been here for a while and have no idea why we left it so long. Food and service were excellent. We had mushroom risotto, lamb pizza, kids Hawaiian pizza, Gorgonzola gnocci and haloumi salad. I wondered whether the gnocci might have been a bit rich but it was delicious, perfect texture and serving size. Great to see it close to full.

The service is excellent and menu prices are good but the best thing about this restaurant is that it’s dog friendly. You can’t get much better than great food, views, service and dog friendly!
