Trish Briggs: Have been seeing Dr Pruim for many years. Having moved from sunny coast, I was concerned about a spot on nose for sometime, the clinic gave me appointment whilst I was visiting at very short notice. As had a previous melanoma which Dr Pruim had diagnosed early I was quite anxious for him to see it. Fortunately biopsy was good news. Absolutely trust him with my skin checks. Highly recommend.
Di Yates: We cannot speak highly enough of Dr Pruim and his assistant Lauren. The respect and care shown to us exceeds 5 stars. Options for removal of the carcinoma and approx cost were explained clearly. Healing was quick with no visible scarring. What a master of his trade. Clinic One has a relaxed atmosphere on entering and the Aboriginal art was a pleasant change . Thank you Dr Pruim and Lauren.
Jacinta Lovekin: Professional, approachable, felt comfortable and confident getting treatment there. Gave me plenty of information regarding my concerns. I had a small but painful keloid scar on my hand which was interfering with everyday activities. Kept in contact with me and checked in with how I was going months after the treatment. Provided me with suitable alternative treatment options however I didn’t end up needing any as my scar was fixed after my second appointment.

natalie priddle: Dr Pruim was amazing, very attentive and understanding of my acne issues, he thoroughly explained the treatment plan most of all made me feel really comfortable in knowing that he’s there to help me through the journey.Even though I waited 3 months for my appointment and they are a busy clinic the reception staff, nurses and drs are all very attentive and even offer a text service for any enquirers which makes it easier to contact them.Overall really happy with my experience and cant recommend them enough.
Terri Lucardie: Dr. Schaider was wonderful, kind and empathetic. He picked up and biopsied a spot immediately. Took the time to email and call me and explain the result's. I see Dr Pruim on Wednesday for excision. Its a 6 hour round trip but I'm confident in the professionalism and expertise shown to me by all Clinic One staff.
Keira Devlin-Mahoney: I have nothing but praises for Clinic One. It was my first time seeing a Dermatologist and everyone was so friendly I went home and mentioned to my husband how nice they were. I took the time to email them and let them know as often positive feedback is not shared. It seems that people can be very quick to share negative experiences however I would have no hesitation recommending the staff and Dr Pruim.

Adam Judd: Dr Bothma SAVED MY LIFE and is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s caring and takes the time to really listen. He’s thorough. He explains his reasoning if any procedures are required. He’s always on time or close to it. His surgery is immaculate. His reception staff are friendly and professional. I highly recommend Dr Bothma!

simon cook: I went in for PDT treatment to may face with some persistent sunspots that I had for several years. I had seen several sundoctors on the Sunny coast with differing views on how to treat them.I saw Dr Daniel Bothma who was very knowledgeable and explained the PDT process in detail.I was nervous at first but the Team were great, very friendly and answered all my questions.I am over the moon with the result, in all it took about 10 days before I was pretty well back to normal, pain wasn't as bad as I expected either.I will be using DermaSurg for all my future skin checks, cant recommend them highly enough

Not only has he vastly improved this issue, he has provided valuable information on other skincare routines and my skin is looking healthier by the day. He's a very experienced and knowledgeable dermatologist, and makes sure the patient is comfortable and confident during the entire process.The pricing is fair, and cheaper than some of the other clinics I've been to. The other staff are also kind, helpful and attentive, particularly Lee-Ann at the front desk.All in all, I've had a great experience with DermaSurg.

Soothsayer: I had a skin cancer close to my eye, and was worried about surgery so close to my eye, but Dr Bothma carefully explained the procedure including other options other than surgery. I ended up going for the surgery and had the cancer cut out and stitched up. The operation took hardly any time at all. 6 Months later and you cant even see I had anything done. All very professional.
Helena Bence (Ilse): The clinic uses more advanced cosmetic skin treatments and after 2 treatments I could already see a significant improvement in the melasma on my face and neck. It is also reassuring that the clinic is part of a specialist skin medical practice. I feel very cared for by Trudie who's communication, treatment and attention to detail has been wonderful. I have done a quick cost comparison with other clinics and find the prices to be very competative.
