Michelle the assistant was fantastic we told her what we wanted and she was exceptional with personal service love her honesty gave us lots of dress choices. She was extremely helpful, not pushy at all & even steamed my dress for me before I left with it because it was a little creased. She was absolutely amazing with helping me decide which dress to wear, I ended up purchasing my whole outfit - dress, shoes, clutch - I walked out ready for the day.Neiche is a superstar and an asset to the company. There isn’t many places you walk into these days that have the friendly customer service I had today at Forever New.

marsha whish: I would like to say that I was absolutely blown away by Dominique's customer service skills. I was unfortunately let down by a bridal company dress maker who was making my dress since November 2022; only a week ago my dream was shattered when I found out the company is no longer in business. With only 12 weeks until my wedding my stress was up there. I went to Luv Bridal & formal sunshine coast and met with Dominique. Dominique grabbed dresses of interest to me that I got to try on, but both myself and my bridal party fell in love with "Toni" the vintage rose; that was in their window on entrance. Dominique let me try on the "TONI" ivory first which was just as gorgeous but the vintage rose made me feel like a princess in it. Because stock was limited with the "TONI" Dominique went above and beyond to get me "Toni - vintage rose" and she absolutely delivered. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my bridal party included; what you have done for us, for "ME" absolutely means the world to me. Dominique you are a god sent!!!! I will forever be referring future brides your way. Thank you so so so so much.

I found the dress on my first try, I wasn’t sure what I wanted but she helped me figure it out and find one I felt like an absolute queen wearing! There’s so much going on and so much information to absorb dress shopping so I was so nervous coming in but with such a warm welcome and a few laughs they were gone, so thank you Dom!!
Keely Burden: Best dress experience! Dominique was my bridal consultant and she was so bubbly and wonderful. She listened to everything that I said I liked and disliked about the dresses I was trying on that I’d chosen and picked one for me to try that I absolutely fell in love with. Purchasing was also super straight forward and it came in a month early. They have such a huge range of dresses as well. Overall perfect experience and I couldn’t recommend this store and Dominique more.
