The staff were friendly but a bit disorganized, often had no idea which table to deliver to. Location is spot on with lovely outlook and views of the ocean.

Roger Brady: Personal and friendly, we have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant. It used to be Ba Vigo and now it is Local Flow but the experience is the same. Well done to Louise and Nick for what must be some of the tastiest food on the Coast. We tend to concentrate on our favourites, of course, but they are always adding yummy extras that we will try next time. The flavours are simply the best: I’d like to give then 7 stars!

As a self confessed carnivore, finding a vegan Cafe that appeals to me is an uphill battle... but here we are... incredible selection of food that genuinely highlights the strengths of the ingredients used. The freshness and flavour are amazing, the fact that it's primarily gluten free as well is mind blowing.Also if you do nothing else, make sure you try the ceremonial cacao, it is divine.

Be prepared to line up, but the tables move fairly quickly. The food was the highlight and all 5 of us were very impressed by the quality of the food. Jenn Brockett: so everyone can enjoy the experience. While offering various set banquet options, which several tables chose, we went with a couple of entrees and mains to share, plus the tempura mushrooms, which were delicious. Our server Erin was lovely and even offered a free drink as kitchen was a bit slow getting our food out - it was very busy and we were happy to pace ourselves in any case as the food portions were both generous and filling. It was a nice touch and appreciated. While they did accommodate a family of four as walk-ins, would suggest booking on weekends.

Staff are friendly and attentive, attention to detail was fantastic from the food to the staff, even the bathroom with everything you could possibly need! andrew slater: I sat down at Spice Bar today for lunch and had the best dining experience I have ever had, the food was out of this world and incredibly fresh, the staff are very polite and professional and the new owners really put passion in what they present, if you are planning on going anywhere on the Sunshine Coast to eat GO HERE!P.S. I wish I took photos of the rest of the food but I was to excited to get stuck in.

Very dog friendly too - we came back from a walk in the national park and they immediately gave our dog a large bowl of water. Will definitely visit again.

Only feedback was the cauliflower dish, although amazing, didn’t have any hint or taste of orange at all and the Banana Maca Macadamia desert we didn’t choose because we all thought it was Maca as in Maca Powder which deterred us from ordering but the waitress said it wasn’t Maca Powder… maybe best to loose it from the dish ingredients

Dr. Maryam Saligheh: What a fantastic experience, loved it. The only reason why I gave food 4/5 is the portion size, in my opinion, the humble burger was small, but the flavour was so awesome. Obviously they make their own gluten free buns and everything is gluten-free. I loved the menu all plant-based. Loved it… the atmosphere was so nice and inviting. Can’t describe how good the experience was….

J P: This little hidden gem is worth a visit. The food was so good! The Banh mi is so big I had to bring half home. The crispy pork was crispy! The karage chicken was fresh and not oily.
