Our instructor Lyn was engaging and funny and really made the whole experience super enjoyable with quality instruction and information. shaun gorrell: Great compact face to face training, Dave was very engaging and practical. He managed to fit a lot into the small timeframe given, wish i had the opportunity to do the whole day course instead of the half. Prelearning online was ok, for self paced vids were too long and the assessments multiple answer questions were a touch confusing. Overall comprehensive in an unpreachy way.
