Pt Cartwright Seafoods: what do users think?

Michael Turner: Point Cartwright seafoods is the Sunshine coasts best seafood outlet. Just called in and medium Mooloolaba king prawns were only $20 a kilo. Bargain.

Gillian Marshall: How nice is this shop now. Called in for some seafood and the change is amazing. Everything looks clean and fresh. Seafood display looked so good. Got our prawns and some salmon. So good. So fresh. And the staff knew their stuff. Thumbs up to the New Manager. The shop looks great and we’ll be back.

Nada Pentecost: Had a lovely lunch in the courtyard recently.Business under new ownership, and found the experience and attentive staff wonderful.Calamari fresh and tender, and chips lovely and crisp. Will defiantly recommend to family and friends.Took home some fresh prawns for dinner as a treat.Glad we did.We will be back !

Rick M: Tasty fish calamari and chips and fresh prawns and oysters too. Thank you for a delicious dinner in your courtyard for our family.

MylifeasMilika: Best calamari ever eaten always quick too

Leanne Hawkins: I stopped in here as it was convenient on my way home. After I ordered I read the reviews whilst waiting for my fish burger and had very low expectations. I must say this was one of the best fish burgers I have had. Everything was fresh and the bun was nicely toasted. The fish was a good size piece of crumbed cod and the salad was also fresh. Not a small burger at all which I wouldn't expect for $12, but was unsure what I was getting based on the other reviews. I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied after my burger.

Fisheries on the Spit: what do users think?

M Z: Pretty good fish and chip place~

John Lescohier: Superb service, good and reasonable price.Kid-friendliness: Staff all seem to have working with children clearance. Kind, respectful, patientWheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access

Joseph Bersinic: This is one of the best fish serving places we gave been to in Mooloolaba. The seafood is fresh and prepared well. There is seating just outside with ample parking. The cost of the seafood is very reasonable and thr portions are generous.

Adrienne Parker: I was starting to become disillusioned by all the very ordinary fish and chips I'd tried over summer around the Sunshine Coast UNTIL this evening dining at Fisheries on the Spit with my Son and granddaughters. The service was friendly and so helpful but most importantly the fish was hot, fresh and delicious. In fact all that we ordered was delicious. Thanks heaps and I look forward to coming back soon

Graeme Smith: THE BEST seafood on the Sunshine Coast. Juicy, good-sized, battered flake, delicious, crumbed king prawns and tasty potato scallops. Sooo heart-warming on a cold and wet night.😋

J W: Couldn’t get over the size of the serve, with so many portions getting smaller I struggled to finish what was very large serve of tasty, tender calamari with fantastic chips.

Fresh Seafood Co.: what do users think?

Kirk Douglas: Fresh seafood good pricing even better service we'll be back highly recommended

Grant Percy: Fresh Fish with great recommendation from the Fishmonger!

Mick Spruce: Went to the Fresh Seafood Co for our Xmas supplies this year and wasn’t disappointed! Smoked two whole snappers which were bang on and the fresh cooked prawns and shucked oysters were nothing short of sensational. In fact, I can’t recall having eaten better tasting, buttery oysters in a long time. Well done also to the four gents who manned the shop on Xmas eve. With a 50-100m line out the door for the better part of the day, you were all hospitable, welcoming and above all else, very well organised. Thanks to you all!

Kim campbell: Bought some beautiful fresh seafood to take home. Spanner and blue swimmer crabs, prawns and oysters. All yum

Mel EmEm: Always consistent quality and great service

Michael Stevens: Great prawns! Eating fresh mooloolaba prawns on the sunshine coast! So good!

Pavel Erokhin: Not my usual seafood shop due to location but few times I bought sashimi grades of tuna and salmon there we were not disappointed. Clean and well maintained shop.

Sharon Dennis: We bought a whole snapper and baked it in the oven. It was absolutely delicious.

Sandy Henshaw: Fresh fruit and veg… good variety of food

Jadon Irwin: Amazing seafood and service. Got a dozen oysters and salmon for a special occasion and apart from it being really fresh and great quality the guy there was so accomodating. Highly recommend 👌

Cam Risstrom: Great service, great range. Very happy with the oysters, M bay Bugs and octopus.

Belinda Mckinnon: The freshest seafood I have found on the Sunshine Coast, so bloody good! I drive past 3 others just to get a piece of salmon and some prawns!!!

Bill Klein: Great fish, great people, can't go wrong

Nathan Roderick: Bought skin off salmon, gentlemen took the skin off for us. Absolutely beautiful. Not expensive for the quality, you get what you pay for. Will be back to try more. Very happy with the quality and flavour.

North Shore Seafoods: what do users think?

david Ennew: Just the best burgers for sure.Theyre busy and they’re organised with polite focussed cheery staff. Our food is always delicious,so we keep on going back .Top shelf fish n burger n chip shop

Tony Walker: Excellent calamari, fast friendly service, thank you.

Stephen Avery: We are from Tasmania. We wanted fresh fish and good chips. Why not, we were on the Sunshine coast. This was the only fish and chips shop that provided fresh fish that we found, battered as we watched. All other fish and chips shops we were told use frozen imported fish. We didn't believe that so we tried other shops. When we asked the shop owners they admitted, "we use frozen fish".

cd steer: Fantastic. REAL fish and chips, great size portions, realistic prices.Highly recommend. Open till 7pm, everyday, yes AND Sundays!!!

Lisa Mair: Amazing food and fresh

Peter J Taylor: Excellent, ordered cocktail fish pieces & chips which was divine, great service & friendly staff

Michael Bailey: Great friendly staff order speed was fantastic. Food was delicious. Highly recoomended.

chris isherwood: The fish meals here are consistently great. I ask for well done chips and they are served nice and crunchy. The fish is a generous whole fillet. My only advice would be to let the fish drain before putting on the chips. This prevents the fish draining oil onto the chips and allows the batter to crisp, otherwise it goes very soggy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Just had a fantastic lunch there today, everything was perfect. Thanks team

Kym: My now go to. I have been twice and wowed both times. This place is my new fish n chip. The staff are friendly and the order is quick and ready 👌👌👌

Jason Ronnie: Solid fish and chips and burgers without being amazing.

Nathan and Kate: The first time we went here a couple of months ago and ordered fish and chips and calamari the food was great, generous serves and beautiful thick fish and crispy chips. The second we went there a week ago it was the opposite. Thin, dry pieces of fish, a very small serve of calamari and the chips were so dry that they were inedible. We will give them one more go because the food was so good the first time. Update- we went back a third time and the food was back to fantastic again. Yay! So we will definitely be going back when we next crave some yummy fresh fish and chips.

Melissa Jugas: . If you are a challenged cook - ask Colin for a recipe - he gave me great tips and my dinner was a total success. Prawns and snapper was delicious.

Lee Morrow: Wow Great service and great food!!! We ordered grilled fish and the young girl at counter recommended the fresh snapper and we were not disappointed. Everything was fresh and full of flavour. All the staff appeared young, vibrant and obliging. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Twin Waters thanks girls.

Virginia Buckley: for sometime because they said the quality wasn't there so they wouldn't buy/serve lower quality was impressive.Tonight was the worst, dryest, chewy flake we have ever experienced, luckily we had a few other things that were good to fill us up as could not eat the fish. The serve of chips seemed like half normal size too.Not sure if management has changed as I phone ordered and dashed in but we were very disappointed. Was saying to others just before I went for pick up how good the fish is there.Hoping this doesn't happen next time but hey, need to put it out there
