Tricia Borman: What a find! Being a coeliac the first thing I do when I arrive on holiday is check out the gluten free eateries. The fish and chips that I had at the cafe was the best I have had in a very long time. Crumbed Barramundi - moist and crispy and great chips. I just had to return to try their burgers with very soft, large GF buns. Not disappointed! The owner was attentive, polite and knowledgable about GF food. Many thanks.

Tony Boyd: Awesome little cafe that has a dedicated GF fryer and caters very well for my wife who is celiac.As locals, when we find a place that's great food and value with friendly helpful service, we tend to go back, and we're now regulars and it's always awesome!Last time we went we had GF fish & chips and the GF batter is second to none! Even I loved it and I'm not celiac. Also got to mention they do the best burgers! Oh and the coffee is epic too!As long as the appropriate tables are available, it's also dog friendly.

Paul Ludden: We were greeted on arrival and shown to our table. Menus provided, we chose the charcuterie board, mushrooms and calamari to be shared between four people. The quality of the food was superb. There is no doubt we will visit again, and l would recommend others also do so. The guitarist playing in the background made it a memorable evening.

Mag: Great food and world class views… what more could you ask for? The Sunshine Beach SLSC is one of the perfect example of what the Surf Life Saver’s Club offers to the Australian community. Delicious pub-style food to suit a broad palette that’s priced well with the best ocean views. There’s plenty of parking and once you get use to the sign-in process, you can look forward to a relax and lovely time. I love that it’s all-day dining so you can pop in for a bite anytime and it’s family-friendly. There’s so much choice on the menu and a nice selection of dessert too. Highly recommend a visit.

The restaurant has wonderful atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and efficient, even joining in on our table’s friendly banter.
