I ended up purchasing two new properties on the Sunshine Coast through Mal in 2020, both of which have now seen significant uplift, one of these only being possible because of the relationship his company has with a sought after developer. I can't speak highly enough of Mal. I also dealt with Lucas Scammell who is a general manager in the company. Lucas was instrumental in closing the deal on the second property I purchased. Like Mal, Lucas is sincere, positive and genuinely wants to help people. Very professional in his conduct and with a long history in the company he is also a wealth of knowledge on the Sunshine Coast property market. Lucas has also stayed in touch with me since my two purchases to ensure everything is running smoothly, keep me updated on the Sunshine Coast market and help in any way he can whether that be in relation to these two properties or new opportunities.
