Angela Chalmers: Jess is the absolute best. She has pet sat our 2 dogs multiple times now always sending cute photos and updates and leaves our pets happy and our house perfect.She recently looked after us for our wedding, she handled our pets care the day before and the day of our wedding. It gave us a way to include our furchildren for our ceremony without fretting over how to get them there or home or if they were okay and behaving. Jess was incredibly professional and we felt fully confident that she had our pets safe, calm and undercontrol so we could just focus on getting married! She is incredibly capable and helped us with a training session and attended our wedding rehearsal so we had a clear plan and our dogs got to play the adorable role of ring bearers for our wedding, stay for photos, then be safely taken home under Jess's care so we got party on into the night without worrying about them. It was the best decision to involve Jess in our wedding day, her communication and care were outstanding and we will continue to use her service and recommend her to absolutely everyone.The Happiest Bride.Ang 🌻
Monica Wood: Jess is amazing! Our dog Mabel absolutely loves her.Mabel is an important member in our family and Jess really understands that. Jess gave me the space to speak freely about Mabel’s behaviours and my concerns when Mabel is on the lead with other dogs. Jess never rushed me and validated what I had to say. Jess even gave me ideas about how to handle situations.When we went away for three weeks, Jess updated us with photos and information about what Mabel had got up to. In all the photos Mabel looked relaxed and at home with Jess. It was so reassuring.Recently I got to see first hand how much Mabel loves Jess, greeting her like she would one of us. Mabel has even made new dog friends with Jess.I would also like to mention Jess lived in our home for three weeks and treated our place like her own. Thank you Jess, Mabel cannot wait for her next holiday/adventure with you.
S N: I really can’t recommend Jess highly enough. She has been walking my beloved pooch for over a year now and Bou adores Jess, what more could you ask for? My pooch can be a little nervous with new people but Jess had her eating out of her hand in no time 😊 On the occasions she has stayed at our place for an overnighter the house is pristine, better than when I left!From day one Jess has been professional, approachable and extremely reliable. I trust her 100% and she always goes above and beyond, thank you Jess, we don’t know what we would do without you ❤️

Justine Stebbings: Amazing service! We’ve had both Jess and Tahlia and we feel 110% comfortable leaving our spoodle in their hand and having them stay in our home. House is always spotless and towels are even washed and hung on the line for when you get home. The photo/video updates of Dobbie are a great comfort too. Highly recommend!

Christine Winderlich: We couldn’t have been happier with the service given to us and our pet by Jess and Noosa Prestige Pet Services. We left our 55 kg male mastiff in Jess’s live-in care at our place for two days while we attended a family wedding and I’d have to say it really felt like she treated him as her own. We were sent regular photo updates and were so pleased to return to our happy and unstressed pet. I would 100% recommend Jess and her team to anyone who is looking for pet help- she thinks of everything and truly loves animals❤️❤️🐾🐾
Shelly Chard: I have a very social French bulldog who just loves to be loved. Jess has always provided the most amazing care and flexibility with Sebastian. She sends photos and stays in touch as much or as little as needed. Sebastian loves Jess and Gabby which makes leaving him with someone else so much easier. Having them come and stay at our place is fantastic as well, no packing up and delivering etc. house is so well looked after. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Matthew Burns: My experience with this service was Phenomenal. Yesterday I was looking for a last minute doggy minding and I am great full that Alexandra & Greg answered my phone call straight away, as no one else was answering. For my first time dropping my dog Milo off to someone I did not know all, Alexandra & Greg answered the door and was so kind & friendliest couple. They made me and my partner feel very welcome into their nice home, letting me & my partner in to see where Milo would be staying, which I was more than comfortable leaving him in their care. Even though I live in Brisbane I will be contacting Alexandra & Greg again in future if I ever need a dog minder again I will drive 1hr and a half as it was well worth my money and they also kept us informed on where they took Milo for his walk and sent pictures of him.

David Francis: Greg and Alexandra looked after our puppy Zanzi over easter weekend and he had a ball. The booking was quite last minute but they were very accomodation. Greg and Alex took the dogs walking and kept to his daily feeding routine. Would recommend.

Alex and Greg took such good care of my 11 year old dog and treated her as their own. I was sent daily updates and photos which was great as it gave me peace of mind on my own holiday. Valerie Provan: Called Alex on Thursday night to see if she could look after my 2 wee dogs on the Friday night. Short notice as my friend who was looking after them had to cancel as her mum got taken into hospital. They got so spoilt and slept on her bed and came home with a toy each. Sandy Galloway: We were lucky and relieved to find Alex and Greg from Pet Minding Sunshine Coast when our plans for our dog to be looked after by friends changed unexpectedly. Alex and Greg were very accommodating when I spoke with Alex on the phone, I felt very calm in leaving our pet in their hands. They asked all about our dog, wanting to know him well before we arrived to drop him off. Both Greg and Alex welcomed us into their home, having treats on hand and a little bed already setup. We walked into the back yard, and found it to be very spacious and secure for our dog to run around in. Greg and Alex treated our dog like their own - daily walks, special food prepared and lots of cuddles and affection. When we picked our dog up after our time away, he had a little toy momento to come home with. I know how our pet loved his time with Alex and Greg, and we have booked them in again for our next holiday! I have already recommended them to our family and friends.
Stace L: I called upon Alex and Greg literally in the last minute when I needed to go away for 12 days. They immediately accepted my 2 doggies, and any fear or unease that I had about leaving my dogs with complete strangers were immediately quashed as soon as I spoke to Alex. Prior to drop off they covered all bases regarding care, temperament, likes, dislikes, diet, separation anxiety etc. when I arrived at their home we were welcomed in like old friends and the dogs immediately were in heaven in the huge, escape proof backyard and house, with their own little beds made up for them complete with blankets, pillows and hidden treats. I received updates whilst I was gone and did not worry about them once. When I picked them up they were washed, well fed, excersized and very happy dogs. I would not hesitate to recommend Greg and Alex for any type of care, and will be using them on a regular basis whenever I need to be away from home, whether it be a day or a month. Amazing couple, double thumbs up!
