Natalie: Hi lovely people…I started this charity four years ago… none of the people in the charity take a wage… we are entirely volunteer based, including myself.One of the bad reviews we have received was from Sara Deguen is a fake account by a woman who is from the Gold Coast and has committed fraud against the charity, which resulted in her being charged with a serious crime. This woman has mental health issues. She threatened to bomb a witness because he sided with the charity. Thankfully this was recorded and she was charged.The second woman who left us a poor review was a former volunteer at our Kawana store. When a volunteer is caught doing something dishonest or morally wrong we ask them to leave. I will leave the rest unsaid.The other person who said we have a short haired angry lady who works at the Maroochydore store is quite possibly correct. Most of our beautiful volunteers are at or past retired age, and have a short fuse with some customers… sometimes they can have a short fuse with me lol… I invite you to come and meet me and see for yourselves the good work we do. If any of our volunteers are angry or rude please let me know as I adore each and every one of our team, and it could be that they have endured a horrid person before you… sadly this does happen. We are all human and we can only do our best ❤️Thank you to those who support us and trust me 🌷
Charlotte Huston: Had coffee in the attached coffee shop 'Dreamers coffee shop'. 100% recommend. Such friendly staff and clean fun cafe. Prices really affordable. I had the daily special chicken gravy roll for only $5! Delicious.

amanda bridgeman: The quality of the clothes here is fairly good. I spotted some brand name items that were reasonably priced. When I visited on AA Saturday morning, the store was buzzing. The staff were definitely enjoying themselves, which the customers myself soaked up. On the day I visited they were giving away knitted blankets and scarves for free. I've never seen this at an op shop before as many of them seem more interested in turning a profit than showing generosity. A wonderful and welcoming op shop.

Natalie Barnes: Please don't take any notice of the review from Sara Deguen as this is an alias of a woman who has been trying to keep Cartier goods sold to her while still seeking a refund! We have police looking into tracing this google account as it is linked to the same woman's phone number who is being investigated for harassment and stalking charges. I apologise that these people are wasting our time as we are all volunteers and none of us receive a wage. We help extremely disadvantaged people and those suffering domestic violence. For people such as this troublemaker to contribute nothing to society but menace is extremely worrisome. Thankfully the police seem to have seen right through her behaviour.Thank you to the Sunshine Coast community for your wonderful and continued faith in us.

Jennie Medcalf: I highly recommend Katie Rose for the work that they do. The staff and volunteers are always warm and friendly and always willing to help where they can. The store items also are a treasure trove of finds. You never know what you will find.
Uiah: Great op shop and the best feature by far that I’ve never seen in an op shop before - all of the garments are arranged by size and clearly labelled so you don’t have to sift through a bunch of stuff that isn’t your size. Awesome!
Hayley: Will definitely be a regular! So happy to find this gem of an op shop. Everything is displayed beautifully and there is a "boutique room " with the wonderful fashion organised on racks at bargain prices. You can feel the time, effort and love gone into this Op shop to make it so special.

The Maleny shop is even open on a Sunday which is great! Most of the locations you will have to park elsewhere and walk to the shop.

I told my daughter "I feel safe enough to buy this pillow, take it home and sleep on it without having to wash or vaccume."
