Penny is straight with you about the value of your furniture and very honest. We actually got a bit more than first discussed which was a nice surprise and much appreciated. Penny arranged collection and the guys from Anything and Everything who did the pick up, were dead on time, fast and professional. The whole experience was great and Penny will be my first port of call for any other furniture transactions.

catherine spain: So glad I decided to contact Inside Noosa when I was replacing my existing lounge with a new one.I knew our lounge was in perfect condition but didn't want the hassle of trying to sell it myself so I contacted Inside Noosa via their website. Penny contacted me within hours of me sending the message. Told me she could come by the next day and gave me a time. She turned up at the time she said she would. Inspected our lounge and said she would come back that night with an offer. Which she did.The offer was more generous than I expected and we accepted it immediately.The pick up date was arranged around our availability and they turned up exactly on time.What a positive experience this has been. We've never sold to a second hand dealer before but if this is an example of the efficiency and professionalism that Inside Noosa offer, we made a good choice.The whole exercise from the time I first contacted them to the lounge being picked up - and payment made - was a couple of days.I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Penny for such a great experience.

Jo Little: Not only are you supporting cancer research; if you have lost loved ones to cancer, I find these people are very accommodating. They're just friendly people as a bunch anyway. The place is big, it's excellent, has many different household items one may need if short on cash, and so need to buy something second hand, but they test all, and anything electrical so it's safe...plus you'll know it works.Couldn't have had a better experience; my nephew came to help with my large and heavy purchase, and I had to drag him out of there with an armload of stuff he wanted too.
