Konrad Ermert: My wife and I brought our ebikes with us, driving from Melbourne to Mooloolaba. During a stopover in Nambucca Heads I had a mechanical which threatened our planned cycling during our stay in Mooloolaba. On the morning after arrival, after an unsuccessful request for help from an ebike store, I contacted Giant Sunshine Coast. Despite obviously being extremely busy in their workshop section, they agreed to see if they could help. By midday, I had received a text message to say my bike was ready to be collected. The staff member who looked after me could not have been better. He took great care, very carefully examining the chain and derailleur system to identify the cause of the problem. He was also free with his helpful advice, and even found for me some maps of the local bike trails. He could not have been more helpful. I am happy to highly recommend Giant Sunshine Coast to everyone who needs cycling help and advice. Konrad.

Andrew Clark: I was holidaying in Noosa for 9 days and had problems with my Campy EPS gears. Despite being booked up solid, Aaron found time to not only fix the gears, but also found and sorted a few other niggles, so the bike was running better than ever. They are very fastidious and thorough, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you need a bike service.

Mark Dawson: I was in Noosa for the AUSCycling national gravel championships and side-swiped by a car on the Sidoni roundabout in Tewantin - decked before my first ride to check out part of the course. Fortunately, Trilogy Cycles was close to my apartment and, despite their heavy bookings, Keith and Aaron agreed to check my bike and get back to me. Next morning Aaron briefed me on the issues and I agreed to his recommended work then collected my bike later that day. It was not only rideable but was a dream ride - much better than when I first pedalled out of my local Trek dealership in Adelaide!I've raced 22 world multisport championships for TeamAUS - 20 in the northern hemisphere, and have experienced many bike shop cultures and service standards while training and racing. Trilogy Cycles was outstanding - right up with my favourite in Zofingen! I had complete confidence in my bike and picked up the AUSCycling national champion jersey and gold medal for my AG - thanks guys!

Since that time I’ve witnessed Trilogy move to a new location, right next to a top local coffee shop, which works nicely for bike service pick ups and drop offs. Lior Hershkovitz: for the first time and Jimmy was an awesome guide, haven't had this much fun on a bike in a while! If you're a mountain biker and visiting the Noosa area you must visit their great trail network and a guided tour is just a perfect way to spend half a day.
Keith Jasper: Online booking worked great and when I arrived Jimmy and the friendly, helpful staff made me feel welcome and set up the virtually as new Levo SL all good to go. Made for a great day's ride. Awesome.
Mark Evans: Hired a Specialized turbo levo for a day while on Holidays in Nosa. The boys set it up for me and gave me directions to the tracks that are only a 10min ride away. The local tracks are amazing!!, i had an awesome time. Highly recommend doing it.

The staff were helpful and efficient and the bikes were well maintained easy to use and came with locks, helmets and a basket. Noosa and surrounds had lots of bike paths and lanes so we found it very easy to get around. The e-bikes were a fantastic way to cruise around without too much effort!

I didn’t know this when I hired it on line, but the shop fitted it with a saddle bag with a spare tube, CO2 cylinder and valve, multi tool, tyre levers, patches, a mini-pump and a Garmin mount. When I picked the bike up I gave the team my saddle height and saddle to bar measurements and they set it up perfectly.Can’t recommend this place enough; perfect experience and I’d happily use them next time I’m in Noosa rather than pack my own bike
