Naomi Aitken: We had our company Gala Dinner at this venue. The views are spectacular and the venue beautiful. We only had 4 hours for the function and there seems to be confusion with meal timings and drinks service, which meant the time was up before we had time to have a dance and finished dessert.
Lutz Weissmann: Loved the Christmas Buffet. Excellent friendly service and the food so delicious!!!

Caroline Mac Gregor: Staff were lovely. One of our cups had mold all over the bottom of it. We ordered gnocchi as part of our Christmas lunch. As a bit of background my family is Italian and I’m quite familiar with this delicious Italian dish. Dish was presented very nicely! But, it tasted disgusting. Staff were very accommodating of our complaints of the food. They replaced our meals and even went the extra mile and to accommodate more meals for my vegetarian sister for our booked in dinner. You get good and bad food everywhere but I definitely appreciate the staff for really going the extra mile to accomodate the issues we had. Thank you.

Mark Southwell: Our first visit was excellent with a good menu with reasonable prices and the food is really superb.Second visit wasn't as superb, as we had a big group and this venue is more suited to smaller groups.Have been back twice since and that show that we really do enjoy this venue, their food and particularly the staff!Vegetarian options: I had the Pickled Beetroot Salad and it was EXCELLENT.Insert best Keanu Reeves impersonation.

Roger Brady: Personal and friendly, we have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant. It used to be Ba Vigo and now it is Local Flow but the experience is the same. Well done to Louise and Nick for what must be some of the tastiest food on the Coast. We tend to concentrate on our favourites, of course, but they are always adding yummy extras that we will try next time. The flavours are simply the best: I’d like to give then 7 stars!

Simi Sim: What a steak!!!!!! Black Angus eye fillet…. Absolutely stunning!! Everything was amazingly cooked to perfection. Flavours meld together beautifully, nothing too overpowering, just beautifully balanced. Service was impeccable and all the food arrived hot and fresh. Haven’t been for years and the consistency is still top notch. Worth every penny for such a joyous experience. Thank you 🙏
Caroline Elliott: Rock Salt is a wonderful dining experience that, in over ten year's has never let us down.The quality of the food is outstanding, and the service is friendly but unobtrusive.They also allow BYO for those of us that cellar our own wine and don't appreciate 400% mark up on cheap wine. Happy to pay corkage.I would recommend Rock Salt to anyone.
yvette kraay: Stewart the chef and staff are amazing , we have grown to know the staff as we loved the food so much it became our regular . food is spot on every time no matter what you're craving its hard to deviate from your go too ....but when you do its first class . not sure what the magic is .....but it must start right from supplier to prep to the cooking and then the service . well done guys I'm sure its not easy constantly dishing up such consistency every time ! its no surprise you have such a dedicated local following .

Second time I had roast duck. Somewhat disappointing. Very tough. If you love duck give this one a miss. Anything else on the menu go for it. Overall great service delicious food. Enjoy.
