Danielle French: Excellent and friendly retail customer service. The store is clean, tidy and easy to navigate. I found the staff approachable and helpful for matching up an outfit. Also the small blonde girl named Jess is so cute and cuddly.

A T: I went to the TH at Sunshine Plaza this afternoon to get something for my teenage son. I was assisted by a young man Andrew who was very efficient, obliging and very patient with his customers. SpendING hours in the Sunshine plaza looking for just a pair of track suit pants to suit an older lady who actually wants to look comfy but also not look like someone who’s gone feral. I went into Rockwear all the shop assistants were so helpful and actually listened to what I was really looking for. Pants for an older woman that looked good for someone who has skinny legs . They went out of their way to assist me and found a great fitting pair . These young girls working in the Plaza were awesome. Thank you.

Sue Coutts: Visited store Fri 30th Aug 2019 with a friend wanting a couple of items. Was so impressed with the assistant. So helpful, offering ideas and choices and heading to offsite store room to get sizes required. Don't get that kind of service very often these days. Very impressive.

They went above and beyond to pick out outfits for me in my price range and made me feel comfortable. Would definitely shop there again when I'm in the area.

Emma Humber: I went to factorie at the sunshine plaza over a week ago and I went in looking for this skirt, it wasn’t in my size in the shelf so I asked the worker, Tori. She checked for me and there was none left in store, she then proceeded to offers me something no other worker has before, it was to get the skirt delivered to my house with no shipping fee. I was really impressed with Tori and her costumer service! Give her a raise!
