They were for our wedding so we were relieved when they could ship them quickly also. When I received a personal phone call to say the size we ordered wasn't in stock I was devastated initially but Karina talked me through the options on the phone for a size half bigger and what we could do for returns. The personal note when they arrived with a suggestion around using inner soles was lovely. I'm happy to report both pairs fit fine! She checked for me and there was none left in store, she then proceeded to offers me something no other worker has before, it was to get the skirt delivered to my house with no shipping fee.
