Patricia Morgan: I have never learned to sew. I try. Doesn’t always end well but if I need help,, the girls are always there and it seems that they are always there to give advice on how to do it and what material I need to do the job. If I get stuck I can go back and ask either of them. Nothing is too much trouble. They help even if I didn’t buy anything. Best shop on the Coast for good old customer service. Beat that Spotlight!

Liz S: I needed a dress for my nieces wedding, after walking out of two large department stores in the complex frustrated with the lack of service, I walked into Forever New and was greeted by beautiful Neiche. She was absolutely amazing with helping me decide which dress to wear, I ended up purchasing my whole outfit - dress, shoes, clutch - I walked out ready for the day.Neiche is a superstar and an asset to the company. There isn’t many places you walk into these days that have the friendly customer service I had today at Forever New.
Yazmin Ryan: 100% recommend forever new at the plaza. The girl who served me Neiche was so lovely. After having a bad experience at another store, she couldn’t of been more helpful. With helping me with sizing, getting a change room ready, to ordering my size with free express shipping. Loved shopping here and will definitely be back
