Philip: In contrast, Matt looked after absolutely everything, whether he did it himself or had to call in other contractors. Matt's a resourceful guy and a genuine human being. He kept us informed of the work schedule, coordinated all deliveries, made sure adjoining areas were not damaged by earthmoving equipment and even finished off with a bit of bush carpentry for a very pleasing result. Back at the ranch, Matt's partner Lexi runs a tight ship for quoting, billing and job scheduling.
