Jeroen was great, from day one helping us going from concept to final product with our home finally feeling complete. They did the patio, pool tiling, gardens, grass, retaining walls, pool fencing, pavers and even installed the letterbox and clothesline for us. Even with all the delays and stuff arounds due to the pool builder, and us being interstate for most of it, Jeroen and his team were patient, understanding, communicative and most of all flexible with a special mention to Aaron and the guys on site. Philip: In contrast, Matt looked after absolutely everything, whether he did it himself or had to call in other contractors. Matt's a resourceful guy and a genuine human being. He kept us informed of the work schedule, coordinated all deliveries, made sure adjoining areas were not damaged by earthmoving equipment and even finished off with a bit of bush carpentry for a very pleasing result. Back at the ranch, Matt's partner Lexi runs a tight ship for quoting, billing and job scheduling.
