G B: I received a parking infringement for parking illegally and subsequently wrote to council to explain the reason for my actions.Whether the fine was upheld or withdrawn doesn’t matter; it was the ease of explaining myself to the council via their webpage and the respectful and reasonable response I received three weeks later that displayed NSC willingness to deal with people fairly rather than hide behind bureaucratic red tape. Thank you NSC.
