He looked my printer model up on-line found the manual and gave great advice regarding the set-up of our cannon printer via wifi. It’s all working great now. It was just sooooo difficult, I had to log on, go through all sorts of protocols etc, I nearly gave up. People forget that "seniors" just don't have some of the skills required to do this. Fortunately I was assisted by a delightful young lady, SILVI, who took charge and made the whole process SIMPLE.All worked well and I would like to congratulate SILVI and her team on a great job.
