Info @ cfs: Stayed here in November 2022 and it is ideally located for the beach, restaurants and shops. The apartment was spotlessly clean and of very high quality. As there were no issues, we didn't need to go to reception except to leave back the key and they were very friendly and helpful. If you are staying in Coolum Beach, this is the place to stay. We will be back for sure.
Kellie Skinner (Blessed Be Bungalow Acc): We had a work Christmas weekend here and had a few rooms including the 3 bedroom apartment. Omg we where absolutely amazed at how beautiful and spacious the unit was. Very luxurious for a fantastic price. What a fabulous experience. The girls in reception where very bubbly and helpful. My only negative was that the 3 bedroom wasn’t exceptionally clean. The cavity doors, mirrors, window tracking and floors could all do with a deep clean. But for the position size and price it was easy to look past. Thankyou we will definitely be back.

Excellent position close to shops and eateries. Kids loved the pool and we had fantastic weather. We made wonderful Family memories in a beautiful resort. Can't wait to revisit. Highly recommended

Anaree Nelson: Element on Coolum went above and beyond AS USUAL.I had medicines and food that I did not want to leave in my hot car at the airport so I asked if there was a little space in the fridge at Element. They said yes, and when I arrived out of hours not only had they kept my goodies in the fridge but they were all in the fridge in the apartment I had booked, ready and waiting for us after a tiring day.The staff do not intrude but send friendly text messages offering assistance with anything you need.Check-out is a breeze.The apartments are clean and well maintained. The location, right in the heart of Coolum and right across from the beach, is perfect for enjoying all Coolum has to offer on foot without having to drive anywhere.I have stayed at Element several times and always made to feel at home.My family members from around Australia meet at Element on Coolum and we will continue to do so as it has easy access for elderly, and a lovely pool for the children.Element staff treat patrons like family, not like a business transaction. This is rare.I will stay at Element on Coolum again in the future, no question about that.
Marg Singleton: We stayed the for 3 nights, had a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment for the 6 of us. The rooms were spotless and the beds really comfortable. There were plenty of dish washing liquid, tablets, garbage bags and toilet paper. Everything you need.The staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble. The units are very well appointed and essentials plenty of. We also used the sitter they recommended. She was amazing certainly can recommend her. Definitely will be staying again. Close to shops restaurants and beautiful water views. heated pool too. Thank you for making our stay fantastic.

S G: We have just returned from our 2nd holiday in a gorgeous 2 bedroom pool view apartment. We had a great time and our apartment was really well suited to a family holiday. Thanks to everyone at Element on Coolum for the excellent customer service. Everything is kept really clean and the covid protocols are simple and practical, thanks for keeping us all safe while we had a wonderfully relaxing holiday! We loved being so close to the beach as well as many excellent restaurants and cafes. There is also a supermarket in easy walking distance. We have booked another holiday in 2022!
