ANTHONY: I am currently doing my Cert 4 civil supervision with the trainer David. Out of all the courses I have done previous with other companys I have never had such a helpful and responsive trainer. Almost immediatly gets back to me to help me with any inquirys about the course which helps with keeping ontop of the workload and keeping it interesting and relevent. Only small downfall if some of the paperwork is a bit hard to read in a few of the modules, however the other modules are excellent, clear and straightforward.Thansk David, outstanding Trainer and Assessor
Xaler: I'd like to personally thank your team at Diggerman Training. I participated in a Excavator course last week and I really enjoyed the format of how it was conducted. The first reservation that was addressed by your trainer staff was to welcome us as new prospects, this removed the anxiety and awkwardness of being new to this Industry sector. Secondly, the detail that was expressed during the written assessment of the course, Diggerman Staff were on the pulse with guiding our group. The following 2 days of practical examination was tailored in such a way, whereby the staff would allow us the freedom to operate the machinery safely and apply technical advice when we required it.I found Max in particular very direct and honest with his teaching prowess and I am seriously considering entering into more courses under him, in quest of attaining more skills and tickets. The Trainer "fingers" was absolutely fantastic with the theory element. There were 2 other trainers that assisted- Adam & I cannot remember his name but both were extremely helpful. The purpose of this email was to obviously share my experience in writing with you, as I felt the need to because I actually enjoyed it and genuinely want to return to up-skill. I'll definitely spread the word amongst my people...

Despite the fact that Global Training Institute did not offer what i was looking for, Rachel went way above and beyond helping me with advice over the phone and an extensive follow up email. i would definitely look to them for future training and, if the quality of service is also reflected in their training, would highly recommend.

I have just completed my Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management. Both my trainers throughout my Journey have been incredible, supportive and knowledgeable. The ability to use my own business and business skills in the assessments was an incredible experience and built on my foundations, strengthening my skills. I felt incredible supported by the whole GTI team. I have studied with other universities and RTO's, and did not experience the level of professionalism or support that I had with GTI. I am very proud of my accomplishments and very satisfied with my experiences. I could not recommend them enough.

As an experienced manager I needed to gain some formal qualifications and after responding to a facebook ad, I was off and running completing the advanced diploma in leadership and management. The material, the curriculum, the tools and especially the support from the trainers is second to none....and I have completed many courses prior with others. GTI is execptional, trustworthy and of absolute high quality. I very highly recommend utilising their services if you want to learn. Do not hesitate, you will not regret it.

I studied a dual qualification of Diploma of business administration and diploma of leadership and management. shaun gorrell: Great compact face to face training, Dave was very engaging and practical. He managed to fit a lot into the small timeframe given, wish i had the opportunity to do the whole day course instead of the half. Prelearning online was ok, for self paced vids were too long and the assessments multiple answer questions were a touch confusing. Overall comprehensive in an unpreachy way.
