Eileen Naylor: Love Zone health Maroochydore, classes every 20 minutes all morning for this busy mum. Different targets every day with small groups of 6 so every exercise is monitored by the trainers to make sure your doing it right. New management and trainers too so lots of exciting classes and equipment coming 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Wendy Martin: I've been a member at Zone HC for almost three years and love the challenge the trainers give, small PT managed classes and different workouts daily. Access to tanita scales, recovery tools and different levels of workouts to suit all levels of fitness is a massive bonus too! Great location and loads of parking.

Christine Hawking: and provides a child friendly environment. The variety of classes that Renae and Helena offer is amazing and they make the classes both challenging and enjoyable. I have learnt so much about nutrition, proper technique for the exercises as well as the importance of strengthening all parts of your body. I have been able to reduce my body fat whilst increasing muscle mass and one of my biggest achievements was working on my weight training and deadlifting a one rep max of 72kg! Overall, I highly recommend Elliott’s PT to anyone looking for a supportive, fun, environment with a variety of classes and motivating trainers!

Adam Williams: All of the staff go above and beyond, Creche is lovely, gym is big with plenty of equipment, huge group fitness room and beautiful reformer studios - very well priced for reformer and small group training - wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Forreste Lee: Clean, refreshing gym with loads of facilities. The Zumba class is heaps of fun with people who enjoy their life and embrace the moment. 😄🎶

Rebeca Boss: I arrived on the coast early Nov 2022 and was lucky enough to discover the Full Body Fitness community one month later. My cup has been full ever since. Group work outs, meaningful friendships and as a result a genuine love of exercise has been my experience. Julie makes her classes fun yet challenging and personally I have gained so much body and mind strength since joining her classes. I highly recommend Full Body Fitness if you are looking for outdoor classes that offer variety in a fun yet challenging environment.
