Mike was very professional and competent in the way he listened to what we wanted to say and explained the process. Dillon following up during the process was very much appreciated.Mike was extremely good in arranging the quotations for the repair by the various tradesmen and then arranging the sequencing and getting the tradesmen here when required. We could not have asked for any more professional tradesmen than those that Mike was able to organise and Mike following up to make sure it was happening as organised and in a timely manner.Overall, while we could have done without the water leak and the damage, the way that the insurance company has responded and the assessors getting Ambrose involved turned it into a positive experience. I commend Mike and Dillon for their competency. When I had looked Ambrose up on the NET I was a little concerned with it being such a large company. However Mike was very pleasant and ever the professional in dealing with the matter. Thanks Mike and Dillon.
Dominic Pinto: The repair was completed in the first instance as advised. However there were certain small damages & certain finer aspects in the flooring finish that were overlooked that required re- attendance.The trade supervisor Mustafa was happy to reattend and rectify the issues pointed out. He kept me informed about the revisit and explained clearly what was going to be done to rectify the issues.

Steven Watson: What an amazing team of people at Thomson Sustainable Homes. They delivered us a house that we are proud to call home.Courtney went above and beyond to get our contact sorted in a very tight time frame. As first home builders she also answered our many questions and was very supportive of our very large list of variations, she's an absolute star.Brent did amazing job drafting. The original facade that he did for us we love and being able to communicate directly to him about some complex electricial layouts so that it was reflected correctly on the plan was something we really appreciate.Sabine's communication was timely and effective. As our point of contact during the construction process she was with us for the largest portion of time. Honestly, I'm not sure how she does it. She must of replied to over a hundred emails from us and never skipped a beat. Considering she must have many more clients and many more emails to reply too, I'm not sure how she finds the time. Very impressive.Aidan, our finishing supervisor has one hell of an eye for detail. Andrew Gooch: They were easy to deal with. A great quality product at a price you will not get anywhere else. The only thing that would have been better is if the cavity doors came with instructions.
