Millan Kumar: We moved into our brand new, custom built home constructed by Green Earth Homes last month. Overall it was a very pleasant building process, spanning over a year from Design Stage right through to Handover.The biggest challenge we initially faced was selecting a builder whom we could trust with building our dream home. When we approached Green Earth Homes, we were met with Grace. She came across as really enthusiastic and very confident that they could deliver on our sizeable project. We had a very strong intuition that this would be the right company to go with.After we signed up, Grace was our go-to person during the entire Design Stage up to signing the building contract. We found her to be a very well organized person who portrayed a very strong work ethic. In helping us transform our visionary home into a plan on paper, she showed a tremendous amount of patience and really listened to exactly what we wanted. She never hesitated to offer her honest opinion and would always respond to our queries urgently. She was very helpful with all the selections we made to create a very beautiful home for us.During the construction stage we were mostly dealing with Emma, Paul and Gavin. Nathan, the builder, would oversee the project. Thumbs up to them for their hard work and attention to detail. They were all very polite and helpful. All our requests were met and nothing was too much to ask for. The tradespeople they employed were all very approachable and displayed a high quality of workmanship. We were also very impressed with the flexibility in dealing with this company as opposed to building with most project builders.Once again, a big thank you to the entire Green Earth Homes team. Having previously visited Pelican Waters we were drawn to the Display Village there and specifically a home built by Green Earth Homes. We met Grace Staal, Green Earth's Operations Manager and when our plans to purchase the property didn’t eventuate, Grace offered to build another home for us.We were initially cautious as this would be a brand-new experience for us but the whole process couldn't have been more "pain free".From the initial plans to the internal fit out/decorating Grace ensured we were an integral part of the process with regular communications seeking our input regarding colour schemes, floor plan, light fittings and suggestions to improve the general aesthetics of the home.
