Dillon following up during the process was very much appreciated.Mike was extremely good in arranging the quotations for the repair by the various tradesmen and then arranging the sequencing and getting the tradesmen here when required. We could not have asked for any more professional tradesmen than those that Mike was able to organise and Mike following up to make sure it was happening as organised and in a timely manner.Overall, while we could have done without the water leak and the damage, the way that the insurance company has responded and the assessors getting Ambrose involved turned it into a positive experience. I commend Mike and Dillon for their competency. When I had looked Ambrose up on the NET I was a little concerned with it being such a large company. However there were certain small damages & certain finer aspects in the flooring finish that were overlooked that required re- attendance.The trade supervisor Mustafa was happy to reattend and rectify the issues pointed out. Dameon and his team are incredibly hard working and did a fantastic job to pull out my rotten timber retaining fence and install concrete sleepers. The communication from the start was excellent and made me feel confident that the job was in very capable hands. Access to my back yard was tricky and they had to crane the small excavator in and out. I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. The team went above and beyond and left my yard in good condition considering the work that was done. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Twist Landscapes.
