Joel Enstrom: We could not recommend this company highly enough.From the initial meeting with Ōnesto until completion of our project, we found the entire process from the initial consultation, to implementing, construction and completion to be flawless. We first met with Tim and Nina a few months before the expected start of the fit out of our commercial property in Forest Glen, straight away it was apparent that they were attentive to the needs of our project both from an aesthetic and practical point of view.The design was completed within a couple of weeks and when we looked over it, we immediately noticed that it included even the small requests that we had made in passing, while also including a few things that we had not requested at all. It turns out that we had forgotten to include some design features that were in hindsight clearly needed, however, simply something that anyone not at the top of the design field would have simply not even considered.The construction of the main building was delayed again and again for almost 18months, each time we informed Ōnesto that the planned start date would have to change, they were nothing but understanding and supportive. When we got the keys for the property after so many delays, and in the end without much notice from our builder, we contacted Ōnesto to lock in the start of the fit out. They moved heaven and earth to ensure that our fit out was started in only a couple of weeks as they understood the toll the building delay had on our business.As normal with any project, there were unexpected parts of the deign that had to change to accomodate the final layout of the building. Each time a change was needed, Tim not only had the design altered but also provided invaluable advice regarding recommendations to get the best end result. The construction team as well as all contractors that were used were simply top notch, not only were they all respectful and kind but their workmanship was impeccable.I have never worked with someone as straightforward and honest at Tim. Our project was delivered on time and on budget, how often can that be said of any project. We wholeheartedly recommend Ōnesto, they are simply a cut above their competition.

It was a complete turn-key solution - assisting with the design and colour palette, all plans, acoustic requirements, furniture for the new premises, the entire fit out, everything right through to handover of business premises ready to move into. Johanna van Mourik: Ōnesto Group just completed a build and fitout of our two office spaces joining them to one big office. We couldn't be happier with the result and Ōnesto Group made the process smooth and simple. I expected a renovation of such scale to be quite stressful but Ōnesto Group really took all that stress away with their processes and flexibility. Nothing was too hard and they always kept us up to date with budgets and plans. They did the renovation in stages and put up temporary walls so that our business could continue as usual whilst the renovation and build took place. We made some last minute colour changes and Ōnesto Group happily made sure this was arranged and changed for us. The finishes were great and all the tradies where great to have onsite. At the end they came and did a final walkthrough with us to ensure we were completely happy with all of our spaces. I couldn't recommend Ōnesto Group more! If you are looking for a local commercial builder and cutout company that really cares about the job they are doing, then look no further than Ōnesto Group.

joshua reilly: We built in the midst of COVID and had a lot of issues with prices, timeframes and trades. What we were most impressed with during the process was the openness and honesty from Ausmar. When a price increase was necessary the director Josh Green contacted us directly. We were very impressed by this. Josh worked with us on the price and helped with discounts on extras.After the price increase we got a new building supervisor, which was like an upgrade. Daniel Rycen came in and worked closely with us informing us of every step and every trade shortage and time change. Janine Newton also worked with us closely working hard to make things happen faster and to iron out any creases.With Janine and Daniel taking over our build everything began to fall into place and our house was finally built.The quality of the build was worth the wait and everything that happened in between. We are incredibly happy with our home. We have been into houses built at the same time as ours by different companies and simple things like paint quality, flooring options, installation of kitchens don’t meet the standard of what Ausmar offers and produced for us.I would also like to thank the interiors team Rebecca and Kate for assisting and believing in my left of field choices.And of course post production of our house we have to thank marketing guru, Kylie for seeing the awesomeness of our house and working her magic with photography and social media and marketing.With all the issues we had we still know that our issues were nothing in comparison to others in the building industry.Most importantly if we were to build again we would definitely build with Ausmar for the quality of build and the incredible team that run the best building practice on the Sunshine Coast.
Garrie James: Building a new home again for the first time in 20 years. Last time we owner-built a beautiful family home in Melbourne. Moving to Queensland we didn't have the contacts in the local trades, so the focus became to find a trusted local builder to manage the process. During the initial consultation, he took the time to listen to & address our needs. The process was transparent & well explained, from the initial plans to the reviews and up to the contract stage. Ian also expertly liaised with not only the Ausmar colour consultant Sandi, but with our pool builder Serenity PoolsAt the end of the process, we will know that we will have a well-designed base plan with our personal “tweaks”. Bayden Horn: . I purchased a wider frontage block / home site with Stockland / AURA, and wanted a home design to compliment the frontage of my wider site. I chose the Como design as it not only has a double lock up garage, but a wide Porch / Foyer to compliment my 1200mm wide frond door, and an oversized Master Bedroom and ensuite at the front of the home. AUSMAR Homes Como design ticked all the boxes for my new home that was built in AURA. I did do some shopping around with other builders in the Baringa AURA Display Village, but found most of the consultants that worked for other builders quite hopeless, and could not answer any of my questions, but Andrew from AUSMAR was very learned and knowledgeable as he has been in the Building Industry for 22 or so years.After comparing AUSMAR Homes standard inclusions with other builders, I was pleasantly surprised with each item. What was a standard inclusion with AUSMAR was an upgraded inclusion with every other builder, which made my journey so much more enjoyable with the peace of mind with the high-end inclusions. From Andrew taking me through their 8 Step journey, I knew exactly where I was at each and every part of the building process. My entire build process from digging soil to handover of keys was only around the 5-month mark, which was awesome, considering we were just coming out of a COVID lockdown.Whenever I had a question that needed answers or a response for, Andrew was there for me the entire journey, as I did not have to wait weeks or days for an answer.I highly recommend Andrew and AUSMAR Homes for any new build
