He offered realistic solutions, involved the wonderful Michael from IT who had the answers to those more complex IT questions. They investigated and checked the boxes to ensure the service offering was inline with could be supported for our business. In preparation for the roll out of our new managed IT plan and equipment upgrades, Immy popped in to run through time frames, stages and thank us for choosing Network Office. It didn't stop there, the team commenced the roll out efficiently and checked in regularly. They checked before doing things to ensure minimal disruption to our team. Diamond Partners: We had come across Network Office based on Google Search, We had an old printer not doing many benefits to the business. Initially had a appointment with Imogene who was professional, efficient and understanding on the main reasons we benefit from a quality printer. She explained the options, features of the Samsung Printer's and matched our needs. Since using our new Samsung Printer it is faster, the quality of images are excellent, the internal firmware updates and automatic bug fix on the printer makes it easier for us to not have the extra job on hand. We're also a MAC using office and struggled with our old printer keeping up to date on computer software updates, we did not have the options that we do now, scanning directly into folders with a faster scan count. It's such a reliable printer. We also love working with Dan, Immi and Dave in setting this up for the business. We do highly recommend there level of service they have to offer.

He was honest and down to earth, helped greatly with understanding my product and the accessories with it.
