kb: We have only been in the area for 8 months and needed a vet very early on. We found this vet and we are so thankful we did. Belinda and Nicole have been fantastic with our dog Abi. Good diagnosis and action plans always put in place. Abi used to shake a km away from her other vet and when we arrive her she quite happily walks in. They are gentle and kind and are always able to fit us in if it has been urgent. Would highly recommend the practice.

Dr. Nicole took time to not only give her a very thorough physical exam, but she also wanted to know Abby’s personality and her tendencies. We didn’t want to give Abby any shots and the vet was very respectful of that. Abby had a titre test to make sure that she was protected from diseases as she did have 2 shots when she was 7 weeks old. The vet had a mat on the floor and did all the physical exam on the ground which Abby liked a lot. I mean who wants to be high of the ground on a table with a stranger poking and prodding you. Abby being a staffy likes to jump up a lot on people and give punch kisses, but the vet didn’t seem as bothered by Abby’s naughty behaviour as much as me and my mum were. Abby had Chinese herbs which she didn’t like, but as she had hurt her leg, we had to give her something to help with the pain. Taking Abby to The Natural Vets cost a lot of money but well worth it. We have just recently taken Abby to the vet again

He has provided such wonderful support for my dog Skip for some time now. Skip has been on a long, remarkable journey with Henry which started with Skip's mast cell tumours. Skippy had endured very traumatic experiences with conventional vets and at that stage we had very little faith left. 4 years later and Skip's wellbeing has been remarkable! I am very grateful to the vet nurses who cared for him around the clock. 🙏 they put my mind at rest continually with detailed updates whenever I wanted. If he didn't have the tick syrum to remove the poison, he would've been dead. They also allowed a holistic dr to come in on the 6th day to do electro accupunture and I am truly grateful for this. It propelled him forward enough to enable me to bring him home the next day. A big thank you to the lovely nurses and the receptionists.

Since we did not have children, our flurries are everything to us, Dr Dan and team showed more gentleness and empathy than I have seen at funeral homes. We will never forget that x. After a while we adopted some more babies Roary the dog and Jon Jon the cat. Both being lad's they have had their fair share of mishaps. Roary has had both knees repaired due to beach escapades and Jon Jon who was named after Jon Jon Florence, tried to do an air off a two-story deck to say hi to another cat on the ground and needless to say that broke his arm in style 😊. Ben, Jodi, and the rest of the staff at Twin Waters pharmacy have been so incredible and are truly amazing humans from the inside out.
